How we work

The whole process, and a straight answer about who pays us.

The process, start to finish

  1. You get in touch

A call, a WhatsApp message or the form on this site. We ask what you have studied, your marks, and which states you are willing to move to.

  2. We check what you are eligible for

Against the current rules from the regulator and the state counselling authority, not last year's. Eligibility for nursing and teaching courses has genuinely changed since 2021.

  3. We shortlist colleges

In writing, with the fees, the location and what the college is actually like. You compare it against your own research. We expect you to.

  4. We handle applications and documents

Forms, certificates, and the counselling process, with deadlines tracked so nothing is missed.

  5. You get your seat

We confirm the admission and tell you exactly what to bring and when to report.

  6. Our team meets you at the college

In Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR, our own team members handle reporting and document verification with you in person, and remain your point of contact afterwards.

How we're paid

Colleges pay us a commission for every admission they confirm through us.You pay us nothing, at any stage, for any service. There is no registration fee, no counselling fee, no file charge and no documentation fee. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, that is not us, and we want to know about it.

Most consultancies in this business are paid the same way and do not say so. We say so because you would find out eventually, and because the next question is the one that actually matters.

Does the commission change what we recommend?

The incentive is real, and pretending otherwise would be the dishonest part. Here is how we keep it from deciding your future:

  • We tell you which colleges we work with. The shortlist we give you is not presented as the whole market. It is our list, and we say so.
  • We put it in writing. Fees, location, course, recognition. You can check every line against the college's own website and the regulator.
  • We do not oversell a single option. If you ask about a college we have no arrangement with and it suits you better, we will tell you that.
  • We do not take money from you. Which means we have no way to profit from an admission that falls through.

If a recommendation ever feels like it is being pushed rather than explained, say so to us directly. That is a fair complaint and we would rather hear it.

Common questions

Do I pay Admisonian anything?

No. Not at any stage, and not for any service, including documentation and reporting support. Colleges pay us a commission for each admission they confirm.

If colleges pay you, do you push me towards whoever pays most?

That is the fair question to ask, and the honest answer is that the incentive exists. We manage it in three ways: we tell you which colleges we work with and which we do not, we put the shortlist in writing so you can compare it against your own research, and we never present a single option as your only one. If a college that does not pay us is the better fit, we will say so.

What if something goes wrong after I reach the college?

In Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR our own teams handle reporting and document verification in person, and stay reachable afterwards. That is the point of keeping team members in those states rather than working everything from one office. In Jharkhand we do not have our own people, and we say so rather than implying we do.

How quickly will you call me back?

We'll call you by the next working day. In practice it is usually within a few hours, but we publish the promise we can keep on a Sunday.
