We have our own people where you study
Sending a child two thousand kilometres from home is the hard part of this decision. This is what happens at the other end.
Our own team on the ground
Most consultancies stop when the admission letter arrives. That is the moment a family actually starts worrying: who meets the student at the college, who checks the documents, and who you call when something is wrong and you are a two-day journey away.
We keep teams in Bengaluru, Agra, Patna and Delhi for that. They work on the college side of admissions in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR, and once your seat is confirmed they become your contact on the ground.
We do not have our own people in Jharkhand. Those admissions are handled from our offices, and we say so here rather than letting a claim about most of our states do quiet work for all of them.
What the team actually does
Document verification
Certificates, migration papers, category certificates. We check what the college will ask for before you travel, so a missing paper does not cost you the seat.
Someone to call afterwards
If something goes wrong after you arrive, there is a number in the state you moved to that answers, not just an office in Delhi.
What we do not claim
We are not saying nothing will ever go wrong, and we are not promising outcomes we cannot control.
What we are saying is narrower and checkable: if you are going to Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR, there is someone from Admisonian there, and you can reach them. If you are going anywhere else on our list, there is not, and we have said so.
Common questions
Are these offices I can visit for counselling?
Some of them. Bengaluru and Agra are operations teams working on the college side, and you cannot come to those for counselling. Patna and Delhi are also student offices, so if you are near one you can do everything in one place. Wherever your seat is, the team there becomes your contact once it is confirmed.
Does this cost extra?
No. Reporting and documentation support is part of what we do for every student we place in Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Delhi NCR.
What if my child has a problem months after joining?
You can still call us. These teams are the point of contact for students already at their college, not only for new arrivals.
What if I am placed somewhere you do not have a team?
Then we say so rather than implying otherwise. We do not have our own people in Jharkhand. You still get the same help before you travel (documents checked, the college contacted, the process explained), but nobody from Admisonian will meet you at the gate, and we would rather you knew that before you chose.
